We have designed our Deadhanging Rungs with six four finger pockets, so you can train narrow, shoulder width, and extra wide grip patterns. Using marine grade Birch ply, these skin friendly, long lasting rungs will help you push your climbing to the next level. Available in 18, 23 and 29mm depths, and at a standard 900mm width.
